Customer Service Center in the DEPARTMENT OF FACILITIES

The Customer Service Center is the heart of the WPI Facilities Organization. We are here to make your facilities repair and replacement requests as simple as possible. We are located at 37 Lee Street, and we can be reached during the following hours. Summer Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Academic Year Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
