We use VESTA to visualize our modeling results.
Settings
Please use these settings to make nice, consistent pictures. Use cylinder radius of 0.15 for bonds. Use the following atom settings.

When exporting images, use 2x or 3x magnification to get images of at least 300 dpi. Recall that typical image in journal article will be about 3.5 inches wide for single column or 7 inches wide across two columns.
